Tongatapu 3 contains the majority of Kolofo’ou (including the settlements of ‘Amaile, Pahu, Fasimo e-Afi ‘a Tungi, Ngele’ia, Mataika and Halaleva) and part of Ma’ufanga. Kolofo’ou is government estate while Ma’ufanga is a noble estate of the title Fakafanua. The boundary that divides the estate was drawn along roads for ease of recognition.
