Officers Act. This includes the villages of Lapaha, Talasiu, Hoi, Nukuleka, Makaunga,
Talafo’ou, Navutoka, Manuka, Kolonga, Afa, Niutoua and the island of ‘Euaiki. The
uninhabited island of Mounu is also included
